Да, действительно так (заявления на Entry Clearance, т.е. для въезда в UK). После приезда обычно заполняется анкета EEA(FM), туда и дети вносятся, т.е. анкета одна и та же. Удобнее обнозначно.

P.S. Документ касается как EU, так и non-EEA.

Текущая статистика по Казахстану, если кото-то интересует. Рассмотрение EEA Family Permit длится уже второй месяц (документы так же сканировали, как на Украине), несмотря на общего ребенка-гражданина EU и текущей беременности ребенком от того же гражданина EU. Случай интересный. Пара в браке. Планировали легализацию в UK без выезда - общий ребенок EU...но затянули подготовку документов, потом KZ попалась на иммиграционном рейде....и вдруг решила уехать и уехала в KZ, потом решила подать на EEA Family Permit из KZ. В Визовом Центре сказали, что рассмотрят за 2-4 недели (я сразу сказал, что это очень оптимистично). Ждем решения.

Приветствую, См. мой отдельный тред по этому вопросу : http://forum.chemodan.ua/index.php?showtopic=80695 Исходя их Ваших дат, Вы проходите на Permanent Residence : "Persons who had applied for an EEA family permit before 16 July 2012 A person who submitted an application for an EEA family permit as the family member of a dual national before 16 July 2012 will continue to be treated as the family member of an EEA national if both: • the application resulted in an EEA family permit being issued (including where this document was issued following a successful appeal) • the applicant travelled to the UK within the 6 month validity period of that EEA family permit If the family member of a dual British citizen and EEA national meets the conditions above, they will continue to be treated as the family member of an EEA national for as long as they continue to be the family member of that dual national."

Приветствую, В октябре подавал несколько заявлений форумчанок (и 1 форумчанина), SET(M). Стоимость личновй подачи была £2887.00 (£2297.00 "postal"+ £590.00 ("same day service" surcharge). Сейчас обратилась форумчанка - подавала по почте, получила продление вместо ILR, сейчас готовлю заявление на ILR в личном визите в нашем местном PEO, <noindex>где я подаю заявление клиентов уже лет 15.</noindex>

Приветствую, Обязателен ОРИГИНАЛ документа с заверенным переводом. Такие документы, как свидетельства о рождении и т.п. - возвразщают. Можно подать ДУБЛИКАТ, но не заверенную копию. Иначе начнутся проблемы.

Приветствую.. В Appendix O такого теста нет. Вывод - пересдавать нужно.

Подаю заявление клиентки, продляем ей визу жены британца (FLR(M)). Спонсор - владелец Ltd., у него более 5-и shareholders (по правилам спонсор тогда считается employed; если меньше 5-и shareholders, то тогда спонсор считается Director of a Specified Limited Company (нужно очень много разных документов). Подали заявление. Через минут 40 меня по телефону вызывает к себе case-worker. Стало интересно. Захожу в PEO. Какой-то новый Caseworker, но уже в возрасте. Начитается лекция что "вот готовим отказ"...Да ну, в честь чего ? А вот у спонсора Ltd., и он должен был предоставить документы как director of a specified company. Ну-ну. Пробую объяснить просто, что case-worker не прав...Смотрю, начинает злится. Хорошо. Достаю laptop, открываю ссылку на ИХ ЖЕ правила. Пауза, удивление, Caseworker начал заикаться. В конце-концов ушел куда-то, советоваться. Вернулся минут через 10, попросил подождать в зале. Через 20 минут выдали положительное решение. Вот так бывает.

У нас на прошлой неделе одна клиентка, чье заявление EEA(PR) сейчас рассматривается в UK BA, сново получила приглашение на сдачу биометрики, по ошибке. Тут сеюе дороже спорить, просто пошла и пересдала (до этого сдавала 1 месяц назад, сразу после подачи ее EEA(PR)).
