У нас. Регулярно, нескольк раз в неделю: EEAQP - 1.5-2 месяца EEAFM - почти все заявления по 6 месяцев рассматриваются EEAPR - EEA - 4 месяца, non-EEA - 5.5 месяцев

Вы подали устаревшую форму, т.е. не обратили внимание, что форма изменилась. UK BA пошли Вам на встречу, вместо того, чтобы вернуть Вам Ваше заявление. Следуйте их инструкциям, заполните и подайте новую форму и т.п.

- Заявление клиентки FLR(O) (клиентка попросила забрать дело в другой фирме, кто представлял ее раньше). Продление Discretionary Leave (DL) на основани Правил, действующих до 08-07-2012. Рассмотрели заявление в течение 5.5 месяцев и выдали продление на 2.5 года

А, пардон. Отказ через 1-2 месяца - это если заявление Invalid - не прошла оплата и т.п. "Полноценный" отказ обычно приходит в такие же сроки, как и решение о выдаче "визы", судя по работе с десятками отказов в этом году. В основном отказы идут из-за незнания мат. части. <noindex>Простая одноразовая консультация со мной</noindex> зачастую (когда люди успевают это сделать ДО подачи заявления) может позволить избежать отказа.

Приветствую, Можете подавать заявление в личном визите в указанные Вами сроки. Решение принимают в тот же день и на BRP карточке будет стоять дата, когда Вы подали заявление. Новая "виза" будет выдана ровно на 2.5 года.

- Заявление клиентки и ее ребенка на ПМЖ (виза жены) к спонсору с ILR. Ребенок от друго отца. Отец жив и вижет в той же стране, где проживали клиентка и ее сын. То есть нужно было очень серьезно доказывать Sole Responsibility. Подавали по ускоренному варианту. Заявление рассмотрели и визы выдали за 2 недели.

Если Вы предоставили документы, подтверждающие беременность и т.п. - возможно, но не гарантированно.

Приветствую, Сразу на 10 лет - рисковано. Хотя если у Вас будет план поездок в точными (!) датами в течение 10 лет - можете попробовать...Если они не были за руюежем и сразу на 10 лет...сомневаюсь, что получат. С ними летать не нужно.

- Заявление клиентки (подавали на SETM до этого <noindex>в личном визите</noindex>) и ее ребенка, т.е. AN+MN1. Подали в середине апреля 2016 г, 27-07-2016 пришел Approval.

From the UK BA on 26-07-2016: "With effect from 1st August 2016, Naturalization applications submitted without the required document will no longer be sifted out and rejected, but will be accepted and considered in full. This will mean that applications from customer who do not have the required documents will be refused, the application fee will be retained, and only the £80 ceremony fee refunded".
