First of all, you need to check if you meet the employer requirements of BC PNP. You can find the requirements at [1, pages 50-54].
Step 1: Registration
The process starts with my registration in "Express Entry BC — Skilled Worker" program. In order to register, I need to have an accepted indeterminate, full-time employment offer.
The following information is required during the registration [2, page 25]:
Legal name of company/organization.
Operating name (If different from legal name).
Job title.
National Occupational Classification (NOC) code. As I understand, it should be 2174 (Computer programmers and interactive media developers) [3].
Hourly wage (Excluding gratuities, bonuses, commissions, etc.).
Annual wage (Will be verified on the job offer form that is required at the application stage, see below).
Hours of work per week (On average, in a 52 week period).
Primary work location address.
Company phone number (Provide all numbers required to place a call from B.C.).
This should be enough for the registration.
Each week the highest-scoring registrants are invited to apply. Last week the passing score for my category was 90 points. According to my imprecise calculations, I get circa 140 points, so they should invite my right away.
The invitations for Tech Pilot take place every Tuesday, that is, the next invitations will be issued tomorrow [4]. Not sure if we can still make it this week, but we could try.
If you are ready to provide me with the job offer today, please try to do it before 2 PM PDT, so we can discuss if any questions appear.
Step 2: Application
After I am invited to apply, I have 30 days to pay a $700 fee (this will be included in the relocation bonus, right? ) and add scans of all the necessary documents to my application.
All the documents required from me are ready, and here is the list of documents required from you [2, page 54]:
BC PNP job offer form [5].
Employer recommendation letter.
Copy of the offer of employment.
Detailed job description.
Company information.
Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation (or legal equivalent).
Copy of the valid municipal Business License.
Evidence of recruitment efforts (if applicable).
You can find a detailed description of each document at [2, page 60].
After all the documents are submitted, the application is reviewed. According to [6], this can take up to 3 months, but [7] says that tech applications are prioritized, so it should be faster. A person at [8] says he applied twice and got his applications processed in one and two weeks (processing of the second one was interrupted because of a mistake in one of the documents).
After the application is reviewed, I receive a work permit support letter which I can use to apply for a work permit [9, page 14].
Step 3: Work Permit
To apply for the work permit with the support letter received on the previous step I need an offer of employment number. To get this number you have to pay $230 employer compliance fee at IRCC's Employer Portal [9, page 16].
According to [10], it takes about three weeks to get a work permit. With the work permit, I can go to Canada and start working right away.
That's it.
If you have any questions regarding the process, you can contact the BC PNP concierge at PNPTechEmployers@gov.bc.ca [7].
There are two more things I'd like to clarify with you:
1. Regarding the remote work: If my estimations are correct, the process should not take more than two months. I'm not sure if it makes sense to work remotely for a month or so. Obviously, this would be less productive because of the time difference and relative ineffectiveness of remote communication. So I'd prefer to start working only after I come to Canada. But if you're in a hurry, I can start working remotely in October (as I said, I need to give a notification to my current employer one month before I leave. I guess, this is negotiable, but I'd rather follow the rules).
2. Regarding the relocation bonus: If you plan to offer me a relocation bonus, I would like to know when exactly will I be able to receive it. I received my last relocation bonus almost two months after the actual relocation. That was quite inconvenient.

WES (if any)
PS: EE = Express Entry, FSW = Federal Skilled Worker
