All parts of the application must be received by the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering by the appropriate deadline. If an application is incomplete, it will not be considered. A complete application consists of the following:
Online application; paper applications are no longer accepted.
Non-refundable application fee of $100.00 for Canadian citizens/permanent residents; $130.00 for international students.
Two reference letters with the appropriate forms, not more than one year old. The references should be uploaded electronically with your application if possible. Otherwise, the forms and letters must be official, and received in a signed, sealed envelope from the referee.
Two sets of official transcripts, not more than one year old, from all post secondary institutions attended. The transcripts must be official in a sealed envelope from the institution.
English Language Proficiency - TOEFL/MELAB/IELTS certificate not more than two years old. GRE test is not required.
И тут то ли я плохо вижу, то ли они не написали ни от какого преподавателя, ни на каком языке, ни как заверено только, что как я понял эти письма не принимаются по обычной почте, а только по электронной.
