Есть Tier 2 Point based work visa, есть Certificate of Sponsorship. Будет нужен его паспорт ( или копии всех страниц, заверенные солиситором или в банке ) и свидетельство о браке. Ну, тогда 5 лет вместо 3-х лет и можно независимо от мужа подавать.

Пропускайте этот вопрос. 2) как долго планирует работать на этом месте. 3) country of residence - страна, где он живет в данный момент. Англия, естественно. Как давно он в Англии ? До 1 января 2014 сертификат для болгар был обязателен для работы. Если не self employed.

You know the drill. Residence Permit of EEA family member. Но пускают и с визой жены без Шенгенской визы. Пустят ли тебя - как звезды встанут.

Визу продлят, так как идет прицепом с Вами. Образование втридорога после 19 лет, это правда. Пока не получит ИЛР.

У Вас тоже два паспорта? Ну, раз подают люди, значит можно. Но отсюда легче будет получить, мне кажется. Вы сможете предоставить справки с работы и прочие документы для шенгенской визы? Рассматривать, скорее всего, будут на общих основаниях. А здесь - как жену британца. ПыСы: французы окозлились и даже жен британцев рассматривают почти на общих основаниях с полным пакетом документов, включая билеты, отель и финансы. Хотя не должны. Но вот что хотят, то и воротят. Поэтому я через Германию делала.
