За последние несколько лет было озвучено очень много обещаний по этой программе. Но фактически её уничтожили: усложнили для работодателей и усложнили для работников. Иностранный работник, получающий рабочую визу в Канаду, должен понимать свой временный статус в Канаде. Никаких гарантий на постоянное место жительства нет.

Сначала вы должны найти подходящего канадского работодателя. Потом получить рабочую визу, доказав документально, что отвечаете требованиям программы. Потом отработать в Канаде 2 года. И только потом можно подавать документы на иммиграцию по этой программе. На сегодняшний день такую возможность убрали, документы на иммиграцию будут принимать только до 29 ноября 2019 года. Если вы сегодня получите рабочую визу, то не успеете набрать 2 года стажа в Канаде и не сможете иммигрировать.
