Hi, The status of my Blue Card application has been changed to "Zakończenie postępowania" Do you know what it means? Update: I learned that everything is fine and decision is positive

Thanks for the response. I applied for a student residence permit. I provided all required documents on time. Just I want to know the minimum date because since August I refresh the page almost every day and after a point, it makes me depressed that there is not any update.
