it's not relevant. You can negotiate similar terms with any Designated Learning Institution, believe me. They are interested in students.

My English was also poor; in fact it was IELTS 6 and it wasn't enough for a post-grad program that I applied for (6.5 minimum). I negotiated with the College that I will take 1 semester of their ESL course, improve my language, take their internal academic language test afterwards and I am to be admitted to the main program IF my score is 6.5 or higher. Originally I did not prepare for IELTS very well, I was lazy and overconfident. Upon arrival to Canada, I ran straight to the College nest day and took their internal academic test without any preparation, WHICH WAS MUCH EASIER than IELTS. I passed it, resulting in full refund of ESL tuition and was admitted to the main post-grad program right away. Needless to say that ESL faculty and the Office of Registrar were shocked but they couldn't refuse, these were their policies (I think it was 10 business days after the ESL starts). Regarding the presence of relatives in Canada - it depends. First of all what's the level or relevance and I'm sure that looking at a bigger picture, the Officer will be considering if Canada is interested in such a candidate - educated, experienced, young, etc. That point I would clarify with an immigration lawyer. Keep in mind, the very first application to come to Canada is vey important. You better have all your ducks in a row for that first attempt. It may decide how the Officers are going to be perceiving your future applications. I had my PR rejected once, divorced, married and re-applied 1 month after and eventually received the PR at the end. So, everything is possible, you just need a professional to take care of it.

Obviously, you can't change the kids situation that easy, but the rest could be worked on. 1. when applying for SP you will have to address the EE profile, explaining that you WANT to stay and settle after graduation. The honest approach may build a compassionate ground for your application. 2. anything can be justified with right explanation. You can explain that you want to refresh your knowledge, equalize your previous experience with Canadian style of management in order to succeed and build a carrier. Explain the market/industry situation. Why can't you go study in China, Australia or Peru - why Canada? 3. did you provide a letter from your employer that encourages your choice to go study and will hold your position for you when you are back {estimated date you are back after graduation}. The letter usually says "our company is growing, we value [name]'s efforts and professionalism and want him/her to get education and grow within our company so we are allowing him/her to take this opportunity to go study. 4. make sure your savings are enough for British Columbia minimum cost of living per year+tuition+books+++. To be clear. I did a study immigration 5 years ago. All above bullet points were covered. Basically my motivation letter said "I don't like Canada, I don't want to stay there, I just want to spend my money there and go back home to have a great life as an internationally educated professional". Convince them you don't give a duck about Canada and address than in your next application. оффтоп, но не сдержался. 5 лет в Канаде. готов кричать на каждом углу - язык не самое важное. деньги для старта - желательно, но не миллионы. Важен твой менталитет и желание (не только готовность), жажда переформатироваться под запад. Зачастую, это значит поменять свою айдентити как личность. Это не каждый сможет. Я знаю массу людей с отвратительным английским на руководящих должностях с огнем в глазах, без мнительности, зависти и осуждения. По ЕЕ канада смотрит на то, как ты сможешь прижиться в стране и станешь ли ты преимуществом, а не обузой. Онлайн, из ex-СССР им доказать это сложно, если конечно ты не программист или сварщица. А вот у же на месте, ты сможешь влюбить в себя работодателя, который скажет "нам нужны такие как ты".

Жена 2 недели назад проходила мед по ITA в Киеве. Я ее (жену) туда отправил с пустыми руками, без формы. Только дал распечатку ITA, которую у нее вроде даже не спросили. Все прошло чики-пики. Параллельно сам в Канаде проходил также осмотр без формы. Объясняется это тем что при PR/ITA формы не нужны.

Добрый день. Проходил медкомиссию 5 лет назад в Киеве. Сейчас собираю\обновляю инфу для знакомых. Поправьте пожалуйста если чтото упустил, так как мануала в теме не нашел: -запись по телефону при наличии форм по иммиграции -мед центр на Антоновича, с 8 до 5 в порядке живой очереди -с собой иметь наличными ~7000 грн, форму и загран. Операций и ничего такого сеьезного нет, мед карточку из районной поликлиники можно не нести. -На месте сфотографируют и сами отправят в Лондон на дальнейш рассмотрение. Верно?

Здравствуйте, Украинский диплом для Канады. Правильно я понимаю разницу: "WES для США" это апостиль по умолчанию, с которым WES Торонто ускоряет оценку (минус состоит в доп расходах в ИЦ) "WES для Канады" это без апостиля, Торонто берет ок 30 дней (экономим на апостиле) Есть ли другие существенные плюсы/минусы первого и второго пункта? совершенно верно описано, ноль логики в примере. имеющаяся карьера, должна клеиться к обучению, пускай даже на 2 семестра. Запомните, если SP, то только IELTS Academic. Этот тест для обучения специально разработан. General - сварщик, кассир, страховой агент. Хороший результат IELTS Academic это как раз и есть док-во стремления человека к знаниям/учебе.

спасибо за идею. У жены как раз работа - сезон летний это спад, так и напишет и работодатель подтвердит, что на каникулы отпускает, пока рынок спит.

Здравствуйте. Я фул-тайм студент, вызываю супругу с дочкой на лето. Показываю средства их содержать, проживание, развлечение на 3 месяца. На сколько критично жене показывать сбережения/справку из банка о движении (а там копейки...)? Можно ли в письмах объяснить, что я покрываю все наши расходы, а супруга только билеты покупает? Добрый день. Задачка: Нахожусь в Канаде, заканчиваю программу весной 2016, хочу подаваться на еще одну программу осень-зима 2016-2017. Вторая программа состоит из 2 семестров, первый из которых мне учебное заведение перезачитывает автоматом и за парту мне нужно реально садиться только в январе 2017. "Каникулы" с мая 2016 по январь 2017 вызывают массу вопросов: - каков мой статус? - могу ли работать? - надо ли возвращаться на родину? - сможет ли супруга приехать ко мне на каникулы туристом? Заранее спасибо за идеи!
