История с перевыпуском BRC еще не закончилась. Документы на перевыпуск карты ХО получил 20 сентября. Каких-либо писем подтверждений я не получала. 20 сентября я написала email BRP Error Team. Сегодня, наконец-то, получила ответ от BRP Error Team. Сообщили,что новую карту должна получить в течении 7 рабочих дней и в конеце письма нотис, который меня озадачил "...Applicants granted limited leave to remain in the UK who are required to register with the police as a condition of their leave may no longer see the condition appear on their Biometric Residence. The requirement to register is instead confirmed in this email.
You must now register with the police if you have not already done so. A fee will be charged and you must register within 7 days from the date of this letter or within 7 days of receipt of your Biometric Residence Permit. Your passport, Biometric Residence Permit, recent passport size photographs and this letter must be provided for registration purposes. Registration must be with the local police. Please check with your registration office what other documentation you will be required to produce.

На сайте ХО вычитала,что члены семьи граждан ЕС освобождены от регистрации в полиции, но с другой стороны я не знаю информация в письме носит рекомендательный характер или работник ХО имеет право обязать в обход исключений к регистации в полиции или что-то изменилось в законодательстве в связи с предстоящим "brexit". Подскажите, пожалуйста, кто в курсе, как мне быть?
