NOC codes are assigned based on job duties and responsibilities. When an employer registers and submits a Job Offer for approval the SINP Employer Services Branch assesses a proper NOC code assignment.
If you would like to gain some knowledge of what level your position is, please visit the National Occupation Classification website (ссылка) Review the job duties to see if they fit with the position you do or have been offered to do. From there you will need to look at the 2011 NOC Matrix to see what NOC level the code falls under; if the level is A, B or 0 then the occupation would be considered a skilled position.

NOC 0911 food-processing plant manager (level 0 ).
In my case, I should focus on only NOC 0911 (level 0 ) ?
But by profession in the master's diplom I have NOC 2148-engineer food technology (Level A.)
How do you think can I apply to the Saskatchewan nominee program international skilled worker in-demand according NOC 0911?

The SINP is unable to pre-assess situations or documents. A full application is required to accurately determine an individual’s eligibility to the program. Without reviewing your full application we are unable to tell you what NOC your job would fall under and whether you education is related to your intended in-demand occupation. Please visit National Occupation Classification website at: (ссылка) and select the 2011 Version, then type in your job title, to review the job duties and requirements in order to see what fits, and what education background may be required for that NOC.
P.S. я не понимаю почему они не могли мне ответить на мой конкретный вопрос относительно соответствия профессии по диплому и выполняемых обязанностей?
объясните пожалуйста! я не понимаю по какому NOC исходя из вышеперечисленного я должна подать документы?
