Прочитал внимательно и на четвёртой странице апликейшн фом ту стади в конце жирным шрифтом написано, что если ответили ДА с 3 по 6 вопросы то нужно подавать IMM5257, а если нет то соответственно не нужно

Обидно не то слово.Может попробовать подать ещё в бумажной форме ? У меня вопрос про тревел хистори.Значит вы заполняли IMM 5257 – Schedule 1 или ещё в другом месте есть вопрос про тревел хистори? На онлайн подаче есть вообще эта форма для получения Study Permit?

Может конечно оно и так, тогда почему все эти формы идут в одном пакете для подачи на SP ? Вот ASWD в своём блоге написал следующее о подаче документов(см. блог kievbrandon). Большое ему спасибо за труд.

Нужно заполнять только разрешение на учебу - форму IMM1294 Entry to Canada Important information. Entry to Canada is a privilege, not a right. See Appendix A – Temporary Resident Visa Exemptions for more information on persons who are exempt from obtaining a temporary resident visa to visit Canada.
