Добрый день, вопрос к British Lawyer. Я правильно понимаю, что с момента заполнения анкеты онлайн, оплаты и загрузки документов, считается, что заявление подано, даже если биометрия ещё не сдана. Т.е. с момента , как заявление подано, выезжать из страны нельзя, это будет считаться отменой заявления, даже если биометрию пока не сдал. Пожалуйста, прокомментируйте.

Добрый день! Я получила визу жены и ребёнка благодаря участникам этого и других форумов, спасибо всем, кто делился информацией, она очень нужна, тем, кто только собирается подаваться. По цепочке хочу передать "знания" дальше, может кому пригодятся. Спасибо всем! Итак: 12.06 подалась в России на визу жены и ребёнка в (одинокая мама , в графе отец св-ва о рождении-"прочерк"). Все документы разложены по 4м папкам: спонсор, заявитель 1, заявитель 2, история отношений. Принесла помимо оригиналов копию каждой бумажки. Девушка, которая принимала документы сообщила, что такого типа визы рассматриваются в Москве и копии, в принципе, не нужны. Но потом всё таки оставила. 25.07 неожиданно быстро пришли письма на почту. Your application has been completed by UK Visas & Immigration in Moscow. Please allow at least 2 days for return of passports to Moscow and more time for return to other locations. 30.07 забрала паспорт с визами на 2года8 мес на себя и ребёнка. Виза начиналась с момента получения письма о готовности визы. Вернули все оригиналы и копии, также в папочках. Ниже мой список документов, всё , что я посчитала необходимым приложить.
