Letter of Explanation
To the Embassy of Canada
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is .............. This is the fourth time I am applying to obtain Study Permit. After receiving GCMS/CAIPS notes and making a thorough analysis of the officer’s comments I have decided to reapply providing explanation and highlighting my motivation and objectives concerning education in Canada.
First of all, I should mention that I sent motivation letters with detailed explanations of my objectives every time. It is a huge surprise for me that the officer pointed a lack of my motivation letter last time, which was pointed in the notes.
Low income and establishment of source of funds:
•In 2008 I, as a co-founder and director, started "..........." company, which I have been running up to now. Constant cooperation with world-wide known multinationals (......., ......., ........) gives me possibilities to plan my personal career and also provide financial stability for my family.
•As a director I receive salary and dividends combined 1300 CAD per month. I have been accumulating savings for several years. Moreover, my wife has a stable income (approximately 6000 CAD for last 6 month) as a quality manager in international pharmaceutical company “.........”. These earnings combined allow us as a family to feel financially secure and also put some money as savings.
•I have proved my income and I am doing it now providing the following documents: company charter, protocol of the meeting of founding parties, the annual official financial report of the company for the last 2 years 2013-2014, the certificate of incorporation, certificate of registration company with the tax authorities, income statement, income statement of my wife and her letter of support my study.
•As a co-founder of the company which has been successfully operated in recent years, I am not going to close down or to sell my part of the company. My company will operate as usual and bring me stable income. My business partner will manage the company during my absence as a director.
I am covering my tuition fees and living expenses in Canada myself. At the moment, I paid the cost of the 1st semester at Confederation College in the amount of 7,766 CAD. In addition, I have saving accounts in Ukrainian bank in the amount equivalent to approximately 38,000 CAD. Due to the current difficult situation of Ukrainian banks, I had to transfer all my finances from ............ Bank to the state bank .............., so I can provide bank statement for the last four months. My work will continue bringing dividends and my wife plans continue working, therefore, I can afford to invest some of our savings in education that I want and need for reaching my goals.
About the length of proposed stay in Canada:
•The institution of my choice is Confederation College located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, which offers perfect fit for my needs in my future career - Forest Ecosystem Management.
•The duration of the program will allow me to study Forest Ecosystem Management deeply and
in an integrated manner. In addition to the core subjects, the program offers a number of related courses such as photography and mapping, fire management, the study of plants and animals, people and nature. Other 1 year-or-less programs do not offer equal opportunities.
•In Ukrainian colleges, most of the mentioned above courses are not included in the programs with the same area of expertise.
•There is a mandatory practical part during the program. This is valuable work experience and a great add-on to the studied material as I will practice my new and existing skills.
About my purpose of visit:
As it was pointed in CAIPS notes, the choice of the program was determined according to my personal interests. This is true and I plan to transfer my passion into a profession which is very rare in Ukraine and, therefore, gives me substantial advantage at the labour market. For several years I devote a significant part of my life to exploring the wild life, annually traveling and hunting in Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus. I got into hunting as a child and that led me to breeding 7 hunting dogs, pheasants, wild ducks. I organize an annual national dog contests "Vilshana Cup", which is covered in the print media and on television (fakty.ictv.ua/ua/index/view-media/id). Apart from that, I write articles for a hunting journal. Since 2007 I have been a permanent member of the main UA hunting online resource (...........) under the name «..........», Ukrainian Kennel Union, Ukrainian Hunting Dogs Federation.
One of my dogs is a candidate in the Champions of Ukraine. I can provide all the supporting documents on the first request. Moreover, I spend a lot of time on social activities and participate in public meetings devoted to protection of nature and improvement of hunting culture in Ukraine. Now it is the time to structure all the knowledge I have gained and develop my skills in the business. I want to dedicate all my life to improving the management of natural resources, human interaction with nature and its preservation. To meet this aim, I need such an educational establishment that can provide me with all necessary knowledge and experience to become a professional in forest ecosystems management.
My choice of the country and program of study is based on the following factors:
•Canada provides high academic standards of education valued all over the world and gives the best choice of programs and courses in this particular area of expertise.
•This country is one of the world leaders in the field of nature conservation and protection, it has 10% of the world's forest resources and nearly 50% of its territory is covered by forests.
•Canada uses state-of-the-art technologies and is one of the leaders in the field of forest management, organization of hunting and implementation of environmental laws.
•Ukraine is now in the need of progressive contemporary specialists with international experience and up-to-date knowledge. I have experience in the organization and management of the company, but due to the lack of experience in ecosystem management, I cannot qualify for professional development in this field.
After graduation and coming back to Ukraine my goal would be to implement all gained knowledge and skills to become a professional in forest ecosystems management. Ukraine has considerable natural resources. Forestry, ecology and nature protection needs a radical improvement. There are plenty of private game farms, the owners of which think first of all about the preservation and enhancement of natural resources. Consequently, in Ukraine there is an acute shortage of top managers with appropriate skills and habits in this sphere. Having profound knowledge in the fields of hunting, running a company, personnel and finance management, I see myself in future as a professional manager in the area of forest ecosystems, environment protection and control. Also, I have great plans in my private life. In December, 2014 I received a patch of land which I am going to use for expanding my business.
My wife supports my plans concerning education in Canada. We plan to make trips to meet with my wife during holidays and if we have a chance, she might come to visit me during my studying.
I am truly genuine in my intentions, and, therefore, believe that I can make my plan to become true. I would be glad to provide more details if needed and would like to request an interview during processing my application at the visa office.

33 года, женат, детей нет; директор частной окмпании в Киевской области; хочет пройти 2годичную программу в колледже в Канаде; зарплата не соответствует тому, чтобы содержать семью в Киеве и финансировать обучение в Канаде; есть сбережения на счете – источник сбережений не установлен, нет доказательств большому количеству поездок заграницу, не удовлетворен, что цель визита именно та, которая отражена в заявке. Отказано.

Запрос на обучение на 2годичную программу Forest management. Начал работать в 2004. Предполагаемое обучение не совпадает с той работой, которой занимается заявитель, однако может совпадать с личными интересами. Однако, затраты на обучение слишком большие. 30 тыс. Сбережений в банке достаточно только для обучения. Отказано изи намерений/ цели обучаться и финансов.

33 года, женат, детей нет, планирует учиться на двухгодичной программе с работой, письмо о зачислении в файле. Было отказано дважды по тойже самой причине ранее ,в мае 2015, указано в заявлении. Результаты теста IELTS 6.0, дата сдачи 2015/03/28. Заявитель имеет диплом маристра по маркетингу, нет мотивационного письма, объясняющего, почему он решил получить образование, когда последняя учеба была в 2004.
Доход показан низкий, источник доходов необходимо выяснить. Не удовлетворен, что указана действительная цель поездки и что это - единственная цель его пребывания в Канаде. Отказано.
Где-то так. Фактически, я каждый раз дополнял мотивационное, аргументируя каждый пункт отказа и усиливал документы по фирме и финансам (этот блок, по финалу, я сопровождал 12 разными документами).
